Update 2: toilet was not fixed in a 2 day time frame . Checked out early.
The new owners and staff are very considerate. The service could not have been better. The quality of the hotel does reflect the price, but the hotel is in the process of being remodeled. I would stay again!
Update: toilet and bedside lights are fixed. Internet remains terrible.

I guess you get what you pay for.
I got a room with 2 anemic wall outlets, a toilet that doesn't flush, bedside lights that don't light, and free wifi so fast I can load a page of text off the Internet in 30 seconds (assuming nobody in the hotel is trying to do the same, or microwave anything). At least the front desk people are nice.
