I had a great experience at the Lafayette David’s Bridal! I purchased my prom dress here when I was I high school (so long ago) and just purchased my wedding gown here Friday! The staff were extremely helpful. I first visited Thursday, and described my basic likes and dislikes to Suzette. All four dresses she pulled were amazing. The fourth one really took the cake, though. She and the other staff helped pull the look together with a few extra touches. I wanted to compare to another location on Friday, but nothing even came close. I was able to make a quick courtesy appointment Friday afternoon to show two friends, and we all agreed it was The One. They have a variety of payment plan options so you can choose what is best for your budget. They also offer tons of discounts on bridesmaids’ and flower girl dresses when you buy your gown. Because they are a chain, all of my bridesmaids can visit any store near them to get their measurements, even the one that lives in another state! They partner with Men’s Warehouse, and give you discounts there as well because of your purchase. You can go in to David’s to try on your dress any time you want. My future mother-in-law lives halfway across the country, but wanted to see the dress. We were able to make an appointment to try on the dress again when she visits in a few weeks so she can see it.
We had a "wedding dress" emergency and Christina and Suzette from the Lafayette, IN Davids Bridal store saved us! They were so concerned for the bride and took great care of her and made sure she found something quickly. They asked her a lot of questions about what she was looking. My daughter found the perfect dress in only three attempts! Then the seamstress at the store ( I wish I could remember her name) she made time to get alterations done quickly. All in all they were wonderful and I highly recommend them.
I had the best experience today 12-23-17 at David's bridal in Lafayette, Indiana. Suzette was so helpful in finding what I was looking for in a dress. All of the sales associates, including the manager of the store provided me with impeccable customer service. My stylist Kinzie was perfect!! She helped me find THE perfect dress. She asked me all the right questions to find my perfect dress. She listened to my criteria and found me dresses that met those needs. All the ladies at the store were very helpful.
The staff is truly amazing. Suzette and Sally helped me primarily, but really everyone was involved. I never felt judged (I’m not a size 2, let’s put it that way) or pressured for a sale. They treated me like family, and like they just wanted to find the best thing for me. I would totally recommend any bride to visit here, even just to try on dresses. They will help you find exactly what you’re looking for, even if you don’t know it yourself!
The whole staff made me feel special and excited during my wedding dress shopping. Christina was super patient with me while I was trying to decide by trying on 3 dresses multiple times. Katie was truly excited for me when I found the one. Erin kept coming over and hyping me up during my appointment. All three of them were amazing.
