This is the best shoe store I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond my expectations on more than one occasion.
Overpriced. Terrible customer service. They have a knack for losing special orders, making customers wait 4 months for their orders, and refusing to honor their own return policy after they put the wrong sized shoes in your shoe box before you leave the store. They do have a good selection off the rack, but avoid the sales staff at all costs.

Had a small issue with my Merrell's. Took them in and the guys there fixed me right up. The salesmen who sold them to me six months ago even remembered me and asked how my New Balance was working for me. Great customer service.
