My aunt sent an outfit for my son when he was born. Sadly at 1 month old he had already outgrew 0-3 month stuff. When o went to exchange it I was informed that it had been bought at an outlet the store couldn't help me. The nearest outlet is 1.5hrs away so driving that far with an infant seems like a waste of time and gas. I called customer service and was told "sorry nothing we can do" I will not be shopping with a store that can't help me

The ladies working here are very busy with school getting ready to start again but they are trying their best to take care of everyone. This is a great store to find children's clothes!
Shelly,I think.. She was unable to PRINT her name on my receipt.. Was very rude and had an additide.. She acted like a snob and I am unsure why you have someone like that in a child's store.. For customer service she needs to go to school bc she has no experience I've been to many children's places... But I will not be back to this location as I was treated with disrespect and the employees seems like they didn't even want to be there.

(Edit) so I went again to use the place cash I got while school clothes shopping and I realized how big of a rip off place cash is. I got GREAT deals while everything was on sale and got a ton of clothes but when its time to use the cash everything is at regular price which was very expensive so I only got a few things for a high amount of money. Place cash is a rip off, just buy clothes when they are on sale!
