Ask for Justin to help you he made great conversation and was very friendly. Everybody else was nice but Justin was the most friendly!
This is the worst Finish Line I have ever been to in my entire life. The manager was really rude when I asked about a shoe I was looking for so I left and order the shoes online. I called this finish line because this is where my shoes got shipped from and when I called the manager acted as if our lines were breaking up when she could hear me perfectly.
Been in this store 3 time in a week and can't get any help. And it should be called the Nike line. Seems that's all they have
Getting help is hit and miss but still remains my favorite shoe store in the mall with high end brands, decent discount pricing, and always seems to have my size in stock. However the online movement is taking over so will be interesting to see how Finish Line and the rest make it with the same thing going for 50% online.
I applied for the position sales associate, i was interviewed by the lady manager with the assistant manager and it turns out well and after the interview she told me she's just going to give me a call and review my application, so waited for her to call in about 2 weeks and still didn't receive a call, so i gave them a call and introduce myself and following up my application and asked for her (manager) but the assistant manager said something about my application, which is basically i'm not qualified for the job, and my big question is WHY???... This manager and assistant manager is very UNPROFESSIONAL not just because they didn't hire me but the fact that they should have called and gave me an explanation and acceptable reason in a professional way. I hope that this won't happen again to anyone and I hope that this is not a RACIAL DISCRIMINATION!
