Owner knows his stuff, but big tall employee he lets work on cars is extremely sloppy, and will damage your car in the process. If you insist that owner does the work himself, he'll do best job you can get anywhere. Just make sure his grunt stays away from your car.
My experience here was a good one. The manager will work with you. I made a purchase I was not happy with and he took it back no problem. They will make sure you are happy you just need to be reasonable and polite. They will work with you.
