All the time we have spent with sprint both in person and on the phone I could have beat Skyrim already.
Customer service is at an all time low at this location. Would advise from my experience that u go to the Sprint store on 26. Switched from Version to Sprint and after using this location was unhappy with phone so went back next day and the manager argued and wouldn't give me back my old phone. So got contact cancelled and went to Sprint store on 26, was in and out in an hour. Bottom line like Sprint but don't use this outlet at the mall.
If you want months of hell in your future from mistakes made from sprint employees this is the place for you! However, my guess is that you'd prefer to not get screwed over repeatedly.
This place sucks. They screwed me out of my buyback. They gave me all of the wrong information and when I contacted them about it they told me that there was nothing that they could do about their own mistake. So they cost me 500 dollars because my contract was never bought out.
My husband and I switched from AT&T to Sprint in hopes for a cheaper bill. BIG MISTAKE!
If I had to choose getting slapped in the face with a brick or getting sprint again I'd choose the brick.
Go to a real sprint store or else you’re going to deal with fraud, lies, and nothing but problems.
