Purchased a pair of shoes from this store a while back, as did my father-in-law. Buying experience was very pleasant and staff was helpful. Prices are a tad high, but the quality is there.
My wife and I have bought several pairs of shoes from Englin's over the last few years. They have the most helpful staff and are always very patient with our crazy children. On the rare occasion that we have ever had an issue with any of our shoes, they have always resolved the problem for us. I will say there prices are higher than shopping online or at a discount store, but totally worth the few bucks extra. I have never had the type of customer service they provide from an online company or a big box retail store.
